Booking Structure:

50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Final guest count and event logistics confirmed 14 days before the event date. Confirmation details, arrival schedule, setup requirements, and event flow timeline are provided upon booking.

The Anniversary Party at The Upper Deck Bar And Grill was exquisitely executed by your unique and attention clever details! We thoroughly enjoyed our mingling amongst many dear friends and acquaintances along the various scattered circus themed sites as we settled in to the final extreme ice sculpture room which included delicious cocktails, food and scrumptious popcorn and candies, my favorites!
